Steps, these things need to be done it steps. I finally have settled on a new name for my NEW bakery, now that I have up and moved and sold my beloved bakery in Ashland Oregon. I may not actually have a bakery built yet but we are well on our way. We brought the vardo up last month to convert to our mobile pie slinging wagon. Made it over to our little island in the Salish Sea. I will keep you posted as we role out.
